Damage Assessment

The best way to provide you with an estimate is to assess the damage. We will take a damage report based on the extent of damage caused by water.

Along with doing damage assessment, we will also do damage control to insure no further damage occurs at your home or office.

Water Control

We immediately use our state of the art equipment to remove standing water to allow the structure and contents to dry properly. Our "dry down" methods allow for items to dry properly without further damage.

Environment Control

It is important to quickly remove moisture from the air so our process includes the strategic placement of dehumidifiers and air movers to stabilize the air.

Quality Control

Our process also includes follow-up visits to insure that the moisture content and the humidity levels are safe for the property at the current time within the structure.

Restoration Control

Once the environment has been stabilized and the structure properly dried within industry standards we can assess whether flooring materials need to be cleaned or replaced.

Security Control

In the event that restoration is ongoing at your place of business or residence, our secure, clean facility will protect your items until they can be returned to you.

If we come across something that may require more attention, we will first make you aware of the issue and provide a solution before we continue.
